Terms & Conditions


We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all of our beds, mattresses, and related products are fully customised and made-to-order.


No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of customised and made-to-order products:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • This applies to all products including beds, headboards, mattresses, and customised parts.

LEGAL NOTICE (CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS)

All of our beds, mattresses, and related items are made-to-order and customised according to customer specifications.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel or return does not apply to customised or made-to-order goods.

Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • As all products are made specifically to customer requirements, cancellation is not permitted at any stage.

Order Changes

  • Customers have a 2-hour window after placing the order to request any changes.
  • After this period, no changes cancellations, or modifications will be accepted under any circumstances, as all products are custom-made and processed immediately.

Product Measurements & Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Check all product dimensions carefully

Ensure items can fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and access points

  • If a product does not fit: 

No return or refund will be accepted.

A new order must be placed for replacement parts.

All dimensions are approximate and may vary up to ±5%.

If dimensions are not listed, customers must contact us before ordering.


Delivery Policy

  • All deliveries are made strictly to the main entrance of the property/building. For flats/apartments, delivery is to the building entrance only.
  • Customers must ensure:

       Correct contact number is provided.

       Someone is available at the delivery time.

  • If delivery fails due to:

       Incorrect contact details.

       Customer unavailability.

       Access issues.

Re-delivery charges between £70 and £100 will apply.


Third-Party Courier Responsibility

  • All deliveries are handled by third-party couriers.
  • Once dispatched, customers must follow courier schedules and terms.
  • Missed or failed deliveries will incur additional charges.

Assembly Services

  • Assembly services are non-refundable.
  • If items cannot be moved into the room due to access issues:

     

    Items will be left at the address.
    Assembly charges will not be refunded.


Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error

  • If incorrect size or measurements are ordered:

       The order remains non-refundable

       Refused deliveries will not qualify for refunds

  • Re-delivery will require additional charges based on location.

Fabric & Colour Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary due to lighting, screens, and fabric batches.
  • These variations do not qualify as defects.
  • Customers are strongly advised to request fabric samples before ordering.
  • By placing an order without requesting samples, the customer accepts that minor differences in shade or appearance may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Cash on Delivery

  • Deposit is not always required.
  • Once manufacturing begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damages or Issues

  • Any damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • We will offer repair or replacement solutions only.
  • Refunds will not be provided.

Health & Safety (Mattresses)

  • Mattresses cannot be returned once removed from original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

Agreement

  • By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • You understand all products are custom-made
  • You agree to the no return, no refund policy
  • You accept all delivery and responsibility terms
