Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Damaged Goods: If goods arrive damaged or there is a part missing, you must contact us immediately.

Resolution of Issues: We will strive to resolve the issues promptly.

Made to Order Beds: Please note that made-to-order beds are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation of Orders: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the made-to-order products, this would not apply to the customer fabric beds and mattresses. If you wish to return a bed or mattress, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, including initial delivery charges and collection charges. This will apply with any payment method. 

Payment Processor Fees: If a product has not been manufactured, but customer want to cancel the order we may deduct payment processor fees, which range from 3% to 5%, depending on the payment method used.

Condition of Returned Goods: Goods must be returned in an unused and resalable condition, and we retain the right to assess charges for any damages incurred.

Refunds and Replacements: No refund will be provided once the product is assembled. Replacement will be at our discretion. All bedframes come with a return charge of £180.00. Any ottoman beds returned come with a fee of £220.00. This charge is non-negotiable as it is a fee we pay to the national courier we use. Ordering replacement headboard charges will apply on top, cost depends on headboard designs.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all carriage charges on returned items.

Checking Materials and Colours: If you need to check materials and colours, you can place order for up to 3 samples >> Click Here <<  

Choosing Colours and Sizes: We urge customers to choose colours and sizes carefully, as changes or replacements cannot be made once the order is made and delivered.

Space and Access Requirements: Please consider the size of certain bespoke designs, such as the TV Royal Bed, Ambassador, Park lane and other Round Beds etc. Ensure that you have enough space and there are no access issues before placing an order if you booked assembly for these kind of beds customer will need to arrange help on their own to get it in to your fitting room, because these are really heavy and can not be done by two people. Otherwise fitters will not fit the bed and you will not get the refund for assembly.

Headboard or any other item Fit: It is the customer’s responsibility to select the right size and take measurements before order for any items. Please consider this before purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit up the customers stairs, or into their room of choice. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the items ordered do not fit due to the above. Any adjustments to the headboard will incur separate charges according to our instructions.

Refund Process: Once we receive your return in its original condition we will process the return within 5 working days. The delivery fee would be deducted from original amount.

Damages/issues 

It's customer responsibility to check if they have received any damage item, If your bed has arrived damaged, please e-mail us at contact.sale4you@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. We will be more than happy to replace or find a resolution for any issues with your bed.
